My Trip To Cincinnati

Dear Journal,
On July 31, my family and I went to Cincinnati. We traveled 123 miles to get there. We stayed at the Millennium hotel. The hotel was 40 floors high, and we were on the twenty-first floor.
We also went on a riverboat ride on the Ohio River. The riverbaot was an old paddle boat. While we were taking the riverboat ride the guy inside was the tour guide. He told us where we were and
what bridges we were under or going to be under. We also saw the Cincinnati Newport Aquarium . At the aquarium we saw them fish and them stingrays. After the aquarium we swam in the outdoor pool that was on the 4th floor of our hotel.
We had dinner at about 10:30 That took an hour. After dinner we took a horse and buggy ride through the historical downtown area. That took till After that we went back to the hotel and went to bed. The next day we left. Cincinnati Millennium Hotel:

My Trip To Hocking Hills State Park

On a weekend in September we went from Chillicothe to Hocking Hills State Park near Loagon. We traveled 60 miles to get there. We went to Old Mans Cave . After that we walked 1 mile to get to Rock House. The Rock House was a house made of rock, that the indians lived in. Old Mans Cave was also made of rock but, bigger. Then we got in a car and drove 8 miles to get to Ash Cave. Then we traveled 15 miles to get to a log cabin that we stayed in for 2 nights. Then we drove 60 miles to get home. Here is a picture:

One Saturday in August my mom, my uncle, Matt, and me went to the National Museum of U.S. Air Force . We traveled 53 miles to get there. When we were there we saw historical planes from the Wright Brothers to World War II. We also saw more modern ones. After that we traveled back for another 53 miles. Here is a picture:

My Trip To Harvysburg Ohio

One Saturday in October my mom, my uncle, Matt, and me went to the Ohio Renaissance Festival . We traveled 70 miles to get there. The show we saw were The Mud Show, The Sworsman Show, and The Jousting Show. Then we ate HUGE turkey legs for lunch. Then we drove home for 70 miles. Here is a picture:

My Trip To Columbus

On August 5, I went to Downtown Columbus . I traveled about 40 miles to get there. When I was there, I went to the Arena District, the Short North Arts District, the Columbus Zoo, and the Zoombezi Bay.
At the Short North Arts District, I went to an art store and bought art. At the Arena District, I saw where the Blue Jackets play. At the Zoombezi Bay we swam, and at the Columbus Zoo we saw animals. After we did all that we traveled 40 miles to get home. Here is a picture of the Zoombezi Bay water park:
